Our chef, Joe Spaziani, graduated in 1979 from the world famous Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Superb recipes encounterd around the world have been adopted and in some cases improved upon here at Lib's Supper Club. Some dishes are purely original creations, having been created in our kitchen. Lib's Supper Club menu offers no "specialty of the house" except that every dish is a specialty. If our cuisine must be given a name, let it be Italian. From that point we have departed in directions of our own. American, French, and Chinese cooking styles have had an influence on our menu. Special cooking such as ours takes time, we ask for your patience.
Our banquet rooms also cater to weddings, parties, special gatherings and meetings. We seat 450 people, and in the future would like to have seating for 700 people. Please ask Bob or Joe Spaziani to help you plan your party or gathering. Bob and Joe have over 30 years of experience in catering fine cuisine to the Southern Tier of New York State. Lib's Supper Club has built one of the largest collection of Regional wines from Italy in the upstate NY area. We have over 100 bottles of wines fron regions far north such as Alto-Adige , Piedmont to the south of Sicilia to Spain and the USA. Also many of our "Cellar Wines" are all award winning vintage wines.

We continue to cater to our area with the same standards as 56 years ago. Our Chef, a Culinary Institute of America Alumni and over 46 years of experience has helped us create wonderful dishes and ideas for customers whether it's dining, banquets, weddings and retirement parties. Joe J. Spaziani, Chef & Co/Owner Joe has over 46 years of culinary arts experience. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America 1979 and Southwest State University/ Food Service Administration. Joe has worked at some famous places such as The DownUnder Restaurant, La Villa Masion, The Plaza, Casa Vecchia and since 1979 Joe has been the Head Chef here at Lib's Supper Club keeping the family tradition going for over 69 years. Many of the dishes here at Lib's are created by Joe.

Bob has been with Lib's since 1977. He is a graduate of Corning Community College. Bob has managed Lib's for over 46 successful years. Along with his interest in Lib's Supper Club, Bob also is the CEO of The Club Gallery, autograph showroom dealership. The Club Gallery is a collection of autograph's and collectables displayed throughout Lib's Supper Club's restaurant walls. His items are sold worldwide. Bob is a UACC Registered Dealer No# 291 and Member Manuscript Society.
